Looks really good. I built an R2 and loved the way it looked but even after buying the proper metal rail kit it wouldn’t recoil far enough back to cycle so I gave up on troubleshooting --that means two things!
You will agree mines not quite as nice as yours
I never did an R2. Was looking at it when I heard about the R3 beta and went that route. Most entry build I’ve heard of was trouble free and very reliable. They are fun little progress for sure.
It was still fun even with it behaving like a single shot. I’ll revisit the recession ruger once I’m able to get out to the range more. I’m only able to go shooting once every month or two now and cargo is limited so I only take the most promising or exciting projects with me.
